2. Quotations and estimates
Any price shown by the online calculator on this website is an informative estimate only, based on the width, height and quantity you enter. It does not constitute a binding quotation. The final price will depend on factors including the specific film you choose, an on-site or verified measurement of your windows, access, and any additional preparation work required. We will confirm a final price in writing before any order is placed.
3. Orders and payment
An order is only confirmed once we have agreed a final quotation with you and received any deposit requested. Payment terms (including deposit amount and balance due date) will be set out in your quotation or invoice. We accept the payment methods stated on your invoice.
4. Installation
Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time. Please ensure reasonable access to the windows being treated. Installation times given are estimates and may vary depending on the size and condition of the glazing. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation.
5. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer and you ordered without meeting us in person (for example, by phone, WhatsApp, or through this website), you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order, in line with UK distance selling regulations. If installation has already begun at your request within that period, you may be liable for the cost of work carried out. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
6. Warranty
Window films supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the specific product chosen, details of which will be provided with your quotation. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for a period stated on your invoice. This does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Limitation of liability
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Except where caused by our negligence, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to glazing, seals, or coatings, or for issues arising from underlying defects in the glass itself. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
